Other Resources For Help:

In order to submit a report on Bully Help, your school must have already signed up to offer the service. If they have, please find them using our school search feature, and follow the directions. If they have not already signed up, and you feel you need assistance right now, please see the list of resources below for help.

Most countries have a national toll free hotline set up for children and youth who need guidance. We picked out our favorite services for each country below. Please note these resources are not associated with Bully Help or your school and we don't guarantee that any of these resources will provide a definite solution to your situation. They will most likely lead you to a listening, caring ear though! As always, if anyone's safety is in jeopardy, please phone the local police right away.

Please choose your countries flag to see the national resource available to you. (Tip: hover over the flag to see the country name if you're unsure)

The Kid's Help Phone is available to all youth and children across Canada 24 hours a day and is toll free. The service allows you to stay completely anonymous (they don't see your phone number).

If you're unsure about calling; don't be. When you call the number, they'll first play a recording going over the details of the service. Listening to this recording is a great way to help you decide whether you should be calling or not. If you do decide it's not for you, you can just hang up before they put you through to someone (and they won't call back because they don't have your number).
